Fubara Pledges Three Million Votes for Tinubu in 2027.

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has pledged three million votes for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general elections, assuring him of the state’s support for his re-election bid.

Fubara made the pledge on Saturday at the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign rally in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

The governor declared that Rivers State had decided to support Tinubu, promising that the people would stand by the President and deliver the expected votes.

He said, “Rivers will give you three million votes. We will stand by you. We will work for you.

We will deliver for you.”Fubara also declared an end to political divisions in the state, saying leaders had united behind a common political position in support of the President.

He urged APC supporters and other political stakeholders to embark on grassroots mobilisation across their wards and polling units to ensure the delivery of the promised votes.

The governor, however, clarified that despite being an APC member, Rivers State operates under a Rainbow Coalition involving members of both the APC and the Peoples Democratic Party.

He expressed confidence that the coalition’s shared political candidates would emerge victorious in January 2027.

Fubara’s pledge comes amid intensified political mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections, as supporters of President Tinubu seek to strengthen his political base across the South-South region.
