The Ekiti State Police Command has appealed to members of the public to assist in locating a 19-year-old woman, Damdam Happiness, who has been missing since Monday, August 10, 2026.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abutu Sunday, ANIPR, Damdam Happiness left her residence at about 4:00 p.m. on August 10 and headed to an unknown destination. She has reportedly not returned home since then.

The Police said efforts by her relatives and friends to establish her whereabouts have so far proved unsuccessful, prompting the Command to commence investigations into the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.

Description of Missing Woman

Damdam Happiness is described as 19 years old, approximately 4.5 feet tall and light in complexion. The Police said she has no tribal mark and speaks English fluently.

The Ekiti State Police Command is therefore urging anyone who may have seen her or has credible information about her current whereabouts to report immediately to the nearest police station.

The Command has further appealed to residents, community leaders, friends and relatives to widely circulate the information to increase the chances of locating the missing woman and safely reuniting her with her family.

The Police assured the public that investigations are ongoing to unravel the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
