The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has warned applicants seeking recruitment into four agencies under the Ministry of Interior against paying for the mandatory Drug Integrity Test.
The Agency said the Ministry of Interior had fully funded the exercise through a bulk payment covering all successful applicants, warning candidates against making payments to NDLEA officials or designated testing centres.
The warning was contained in a statement issued on Friday by the NDLEA Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, who said arrangements had been concluded for the exercise as part of the recruitment process into the Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigeria Immigration Service, Federal Fire Service and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
The Agency directed applicants to access its Drug Integrity Test portal through designated links on the respective agencies’ institutional portals to complete their registration and documentation.
It urged all participating agencies and their personnel to ensure a smooth and transparent exercise without imposing additional financial obligations on applicants.
